Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive creator‑focused marketing impact using AI tools. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment, helping innovative mobile apps achieve growth through UGC campaigns, AI‑generated content, and influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creator marketing strategies that leverage AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Manage UGC and influencer campaigns to boost app visibility and user acquisition.
• Collaborate with creators, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Maintain a high‑energy, deadline‑driven workflow in a remote setting.

Required profile

• Proficiency in sales and marketing concepts.
• Ability to develop skills in digital marketing tools.
• Fluent English (required) and conversational Spanish.
• Strong determination and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment with tight deadlines.
