Marketing Manager – Remote (Argentina) – €60,000

About the role

We are a fast‑growing retail brand operating across Spain and expanding internationally. As Marketing Manager you will work directly with the Head of Marketing to turn brand and commercial strategies into effective campaigns, supporting both the Spanish market and new market entries.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand and commercial strategy into digital and offline campaigns.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing initiatives for Spain and emerging markets.
• Coordinate external agencies and manage the marketing calendar.
• Track performance across all channels and report results.
• Supervise a junior team member and act as the primary point of contact for them.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Fluent Spanish and comfortable working in the CET time zone.
• Proven ability to own campaigns from brief to results.
• Strong partner management skills.
