Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Persona is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to execute multi‑channel campaigns and support marketing operations for its global clients. This fully remote position involves hands‑on work across email, social, paid ads, and website content.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and ship email campaigns using HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Manage and grow LinkedIn presence, drafting and scheduling posts.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize on‑page SEO in WordPress or Webflow.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, report results, and propose improvements to enhance ROI.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives and align marketing efforts with sales pipelines.
• Draft, edit, and publish blogs, landing pages, emails, and social content.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Update website content using CMS tools.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in SaaS or association/membership markets.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and deliver results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) for email marketing.
• WordPress and Webflow CMS platforms.
• Basic HTML.
• LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads management.
• Keyword research and on‑page SEO.
