Legal Case Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Legal Case Coordinator to support a busy legal practice remotely. You will work closely with the Principal Attorney, managing case workflows, client communications, and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent research and solve problems to keep tasks moving.
• Assist with occasional personal tasks as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Principal Attorney.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Organize client and case information within CRM systems.
• Maintain daily communication with clients, ensuring timely professional follow‑ups.
• Prepare and file intellectual property applications and other legal forms.
• Format, proofread, and review legal documents and correspondence.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and time tracking using legal software platforms.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet ≥ 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
