Lead Front-End Developer (React)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Front-End Developer with deep React expertise to create responsive, accessible web experiences while defining engineering standards and guiding teammates. You will work closely with cross‑functional peers and integrate Generative AI into daily delivery to boost speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, user‑friendly web applications with high accessibility standards.
• Create reusable frontend libraries and frameworks to improve scalability and maintainability.
• Drive technical decisions for UI implementation, performance, and long‑term code health.
• Convert UI/UX wireframes into high‑quality React and JavaScript code and provide design feedback.
• Guide junior developers, run code reviews, and ensure consistent quality.
• Optimize application performance for fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Embed GenAI tools in daily workflows and validate outputs against data and quality constraints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of front‑end development experience in JavaScript and React.
• Proven leadership skills with at least 1 year of mentoring and team alignment.
• Strong competency in code reviews, performance optimization, and testing practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI risk awareness.
