KYC Analyst – Latin America Quality Control

About the role

Join the Quality Control team supporting Commercial Banking (NA) as a KYC Analyst focused on Latin America. You will ensure thorough due‑diligence reviews of new and existing client profiles, aligning with global AML/KYC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review client lifecycle documents to verify activity, structure and risk exposure.
• Apply AML policies and internal procedures in line with local and global regulations.
• Identify and resolve hidden issues or patterns that could indicate fraud.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology and Global Client Onboarding teams.
• Prioritize daily workload, manage time efficiently and follow established policies.
• Work independently with supervision, escalating complex cases when needed.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, sales or portfolio management, preferably in banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new assignments.
