Junior Multimedia Designer

About the role

Monks is seeking a Junior Multimedia Designer to support the creation of digital assets for ads, product interfaces and social media. The role sits within a global design team and focuses on producing static and animated visuals at speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and animated visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.
• Build production‑ready templates and mechanical files.
• Ensure assets follow brand guidelines across formats and dimensions.
• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, animators and art directors across time zones.
• Manage file organization and versioning for efficient workflow.
• Contribute to style setting, layout creation, format cutting and language versioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in multimedia design.
• Ability to work independently on small tasks and handle larger assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑changing environment.
• Proactive attitude towards process efficiency and repetitive task management.
• Clear communication skills for working with global teams.
