Internal Transformation Services Manager - GDS Argentina

About the role

EY's GDS Enablement Services is looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join its Internal Transformation Services (ITS) team in Buenos Aires. The role gives strategic guidance to EY Global Executive Leadership on project management, change management and design thinking, working with cross-functional teams and leading transformative projects. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Align with Executive Leadership on business objectives and guide teams toward successful outcomes
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at CxO, Partner and Functional Head levels
• Assess stakeholder landscapes and bring diverse perspectives to transformations
• Analyse organisational processes and systems, then recommend improvements and plans
• Develop roadmaps for project management, change management and design thinking initiatives
• Manage complex projects, defining scope, objectives and deliverables, monitoring progress and mitigating risks
• Implement change management strategies that support adoption

Required profile

• About 10 years of management and consulting experience, including project management or change management
• Consulting experience for global organisations (Big 4)
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and/or change management principles, with hands-on experience leading change initiatives
• Advanced English (C1)
• Desirable: PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, change management or design thinking certification; Master's degree in business administration or management
