Influencer & Community Manager

About the role

Sophie Society is seeking an experienced Influencer & Community Manager to drive the growth of its TikTok Shop division. This full‑time position will manage creator relationships and build engaged communities across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, onboard and retain TikTok Shop creators and affiliates for 5–15 brands.
• Negotiate commission rates, manage product samples and track performance metrics such as GMV, content output and engagement.
• Build and manage creator communities primarily on Discord, running campaigns, challenges and incentive programs.
• Coordinate flash‑sales promotions and activate creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Provide weekly performance updates and collaborate with internal TikTok Shop and Amazon teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator management or community building with a portfolio or case studies.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience managing multiple brands and large creator programs (100+ creators).
