About the role

The role ensures manufacturing process robustness, compliance and continuous improvement. You will maintain process standards, control critical parameters and support production operations while meeting customer, quality, safety and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, standardized work, technical dossiers, production checklists and critical process parameters.
• Monitor compliance with critical parameters, support production teams in troubleshooting, and provide technical support to PES, DASIP, PLC and manufacturing teams.
• Lead Poka‑Yoke systems, maintain related documentation and ensure validation schedules are met.
• Conduct training on standardized work, develop technical competencies and lead continuous‑improvement projects targeting PPM reduction, OEE improvement and scrap reduction.
• Participate in new production technology implementation, line launches and risk‑assessment activities, with authority to stop lines or shipments when conformity risks arise.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive or automotive‑supplier manufacturing environments.
• Background in manufacturing process engineering, continuous improvement and supporting production operations.
• Technical degree or engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.

Required skills

• Technical drawing interpretation and creation.
• Basic written and verbal English communication.
• Basic AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools in engineering activities.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Standardized Work and Lean Manufacturing.
