Head of Business Administration

About the role

CLAAS Argentina is seeking a senior leader to head Business Administration across Argentina and Brazil. The role oversees controlling, finance, and accounting processes, ensuring alignment with group standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Control and coordinate planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly/annual closing for Argentina and Brazil.
• Manage OpEx and CapEx controlling for both countries, in close cooperation with CLAAS Global Sales.
• Lead finance processes in Argentina, including sales financing programs, credit management and financing research.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, guaranteeing timely month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Apply group finance, controlling and accounting standards through matrix collaboration.
• Support strategy development and implementation on financial matters.
• Interact with external partners such as auditors, banks and tax consultants.
• Provide financial support for sales, after‑sales, production and logistics functions.
• Coordinate communication between local entities and the parent company and define tax orientation.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in controlling, finance or accounting within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local Argentine and Brazilian GAAP.
• Experience managing credit, sales financing programs and tax compliance.
• Ability to lead and develop cross‑functional finance teams.
