Head of Business Administration

About the role

CLAAS Argentina is seeking a Head of Business Administration to lead controlling and finance activities across Argentina and Brazil. The role combines strategic financial planning, budgeting, and compliance with a focus on supporting sales, after‑sales, production and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Control and coordinate financial processes for Argentina and Brazil, including monthly closing, budgeting, forecasts and mid‑term planning (Margins, OpEx, CapEx).
• Manage finance processes in Argentina such as sales financing programs, credit management and financing research.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, guaranteeing timely month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Apply group finance, controlling and accounting standards in a matrix organization.
• Collaborate with external partners – auditors, banks and tax consultants – and support tax orientation for local entities.
• Provide financial support and control for sales, after‑sales, production and logistics processes.
• Coordinate communication between local entities and the CLAAS parent company.
• Support and develop the commercially responsible team.

Required profile

• Professional experience in controlling, finance or accounting, preferably within Argentina and Brazil.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, OpEx and CapEx management.
• Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and interact with external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with solid analytical and communication skills.
