Graphic Designer (Layout & Product Design)

About the role

WAYPOINT, a creative production studio serving top‑tier clients in gaming, collectibles and e‑commerce, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to clear a high‑volume production backlog over the next 2–3 months. You will join a fast‑moving team and help deliver packaging and premium product designs on tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging for physical media such as game covers, manuals, O‑sleeves and disc artwork.
• Create premium items including steelbooks, collector boxes, keychains, posters and other merchandise.
• Prepare production‑ready files using first‑party (Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony) templates and specifications.
• Repair, clean up and vectorize existing artwork and production assets.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand, platform and print production standards.
• Produce supporting marketing assets like website banners and social media graphics when required.

Required profile

• Strong experience in packaging design and print production (bleeds, safety margins, colour management, pre‑flight).
• Proven ability to work quickly within established templates while maintaining high quality.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
• Nice to have experience in gaming, entertainment or consumer collectibles.
