Go-to-market Content Development Manager – Assistant Director

About the role

The Go-to-market Content Development Manager is an embedded content and sales‑enablement role within EY Global Delivery Services, supporting the USLI CCaSS team. You will translate complex propositions into clear business narratives and create high‑quality assets that empower client‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research stakeholder objectives, buyer needs and market trends to shape an insight‑led content plan.
• Develop, tailor and localise a wide range of GTM and sales assets such as decks, solution briefs, toolkits and event materials.
• Own the GTM content calendar, manage end‑to‑end project delivery and maintain version‑controlled libraries.
• Build trusted relationships across the stakeholder ecosystem and act as a content adviser.
• Define and track success metrics, gather feedback and continuously improve content effectiveness.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in B2B GTM, demand generation, sales enablement or related fields.
• Strong business writing, storytelling and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proven stakeholder, project and matrix‑management capabilities in a large, global organisation.
• University degree required; MBA or master’s in marketing/communications is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Co‑pilot.
• Experience with data visualisation, reporting or content‑management platforms is desirable.
