Entry‑Level GEO Specialist

About the role

LBC Mortgage is looking for an entry‑level GEO Specialist who will ensure the brand’s visibility and accuracy across AI‑driven search platforms and local map services. This hands‑on role focuses on setting up and maintaining business listings, leveraging AI tools to streamline work, and tracking performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, verify and maintain business profiles on platforms such as Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare and YellowPages.
• Keep name, address and phone number (NAP) consistent across all listings and audit regularly for discrepancies.
• Write clear, conversational descriptions that match how users phrase questions to AI assistants.
• Participate in community sites like Reddit and Quora, answering questions and representing the brand transparently.
• Encourage and manage customer reviews, responding professionally on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft content, research common queries and accelerate routine tasks.
• Track brand appearances in AI‑generated answers and local search results, reporting monthly.
• Support basic SEO tasks such as updating website content and keywords as directed.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media or content creation, or a strong portfolio demonstrating similar work.
• Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) in daily workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for data consistency across platforms.
• Familiarity with Reddit and Quora community norms.
