About the role

Zenit Corp is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its fast‑growing ecommerce business units. The role translates the CEO’s vision and annual revenue targets into clear priorities, aligns departments, and drives disciplined execution across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Convert company‑wide objectives into quarterly, monthly and weekly priorities.
• Break down goals into measurable targets for each department and define ownership, deadlines and milestones.
• Maintain visibility on main priorities and ensure leadership focus remains aligned with the business plan.
• Oversee company‑level planning, alignment, prioritisation, accountability and decision‑making rhythms.
• Act as the primary link between the CEO and the leadership team, communicating what must be achieved, why it matters and who is responsible.
• Monitor performance, follow up on results and adjust course to keep the business moving in the right direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑growth ecommerce or online retail businesses.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a multi‑brand environment.
• Leadership mindset focused on building and scaling teams.
