About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Medical Assistant to join our team at Innovative Pain Care. You will work primarily at our Rawson Clinic in Franklin, WI, supporting clinicians and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist healthcare professionals by taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and performing basic clinical tasks.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized examination rooms.
• Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information in the electronic health record system.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and handle inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar patient‑care role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to manually measure blood pressure.
