Full-Time Medical Assistant – Franklin & Mequon, WI

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Medical Assistant to join Innovative Pain Care (IPC) and support patient flow at our locations in Franklin and Mequon, Wisconsin. The role involves greeting patients, preparing exam rooms, and assisting clinicians during examinations and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Take vital signs, collect specimens, and assist healthcare professionals with patient care.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized examination rooms.
• Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to manually measure blood pressure (preferred).
