About the role
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer to create and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML and CSS. This remote contract position supports a high‑traffic platform for a global technology leader.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front‑end components with HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
- Translate mockups from Figma, Sketch or similar tools into pixel‑perfect UI elements.
- Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best‑practice coding standards.
Required profile
- Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile‑first development.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or utility frameworks.
- Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging.
