Florida Litigation & Real Estate Transactional Paralegal (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Florida Litigation & Real Estate Transactional Paralegal to join our fully remote legal team. The role supports attorneys in all phases of litigation and real‑estate transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, notices and discovery documents.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including organizing responses, tracking deadlines, and identifying missing documentation.
• Draft, review, and manage real estate transactional contracts, closing documents, and related agreements.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, clients, attorneys, and third parties throughout transactions.
• Organize and maintain case files, transactional files, exhibits, and supporting documentation.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, mediation, and case management.
• Review contracts and legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document collection, and deadlines.
• Calendar court deadlines, hearings, closings, and litigation timelines accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Florida litigation.
• Strong experience handling discovery and litigation case management.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and closing‑related documents.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
