Finance Data Analyst – Regulatory Reporting & Insights

About the role

Revolut’s Data Science team is looking for a Finance Data Analyst to dive into complex databases, uncover root causes of issues, and design data‑driven solutions. You will work closely with product, operations, and regulatory reporting teams to turn raw data into actionable insights that shape the future of finance at Revolut.

Key responsibilities

• Build and adapt data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting.
• Provide product and operations teams with insights into customer behaviour.
• Translate complex business requirements into efficient data solutions.
• Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Reporting Managers to align on logic and data needs.
• Monitor and enhance data reliability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Set up local regulatory reporting processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role delivering impactful data‑driven solutions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with reporting managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to deliver under tight timeframes.

Required skills

• Solid SQL skills.
• Experience with data architecture, ETL design, and data pipelines.
