About the role
The Executive On Premise (Musketeer) is the face of Red Bull in bars, restaurants, events and clubs across the territory. You will drive current and future sales while strengthening the brand image in the on‑premise channel.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with bar staff, distributors, promoters and agencies, acting as a credible Red Bull ambassador.
- Develop and execute innovative initiatives to achieve sales objectives and increase consumption at events and venues.
- Negotiate agreements that create value for both Red Bull and partners, and manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Analyse market insights and translate them into programs that drive sales and brand strength.
Required profile
- Preferable experience in sales and marketing, especially within nightlife or on‑premise environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong analytical abilities, including sales and consumer analysis, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
