About the role
The Executive Concierge will provide high‑level administrative support to senior executives serving a US client. Working within PwC's Internal Firm Services, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise executive calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with PwC’s security policies.
- Support effective communication within the team and across the organisation.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take ownership of deliverables.
Required profile
- Reliable team player with a learning mindset and strong ownership.
- Ability to appreciate diverse perspectives and communicate clearly.
- Proactive in seeking and giving feedback, and in continuous improvement.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how the business operates.
- Commitment to PwC’s code of conduct, independence requirements and professional standards.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing administrative tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of information security and data protection principles.
