Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

HappyRobot.ai is seeking an energetic Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its fast‑growing AI startup. This remote position focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the company’s AI workforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage potential enterprise clients through outbound prospecting.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, stay motivated, and achieve targets.
• Founder mindset – willing to take risks and drive results in an early‑stage environment.
• Prior experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus.
