About the role
The Enterprise Account Manager will be the primary liaison between large insurance brokers and our digital marketplace platform, ensuring broker success and smooth technology adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with brokers to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct platform demos and lead onboarding for new brokers.
- Facilitate broker‑to‑carrier provisioning, resolve issues promptly, and gather feedback on product enhancements.
- Communicate broker insights to internal technology and product teams.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in insurance or SaaS.
- At least 5 years in customer service or account management.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
