Email Marketing Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Designer to create high‑converting email designs for ecommerce brands. Working remotely for Sendly, you will translate copy into polished, brand‑consistent emails using Figma and support lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign emails, promotional offers and product education messages in Figma.
• Create automated flow templates (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back, etc.).
• Maintain visual consistency across layouts, typography, colors and buttons for each brand.
• Organise Figma files with clear components, naming conventions and sections.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver 6‑8 email designs per day, depending on complexity.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing ecommerce email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of structure, spacing, hierarchy, mobile responsiveness and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment and handle revisions professionally.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and layout organization.
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Focus on conversion‑oriented design and clear communication.
