About the role

The Director will lead a diverse team, solving complex client challenges while delivering exceptional service. This senior position combines strategic account leadership with business development to drive growth and profitability for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Act as senior counsel and primary account leader for senior‑level clients.
Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality targets are met on every engagement.
Develop and execute long‑term and short‑term plans aligned with organisational goals.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
Mentor and manage team members to foster high performance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of management experience.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
Strong leadership, people‑management and team‑building capabilities.
