ENG, a leading BIM service provider for the AEC industry, is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to drive its sales and marketing strategy through digital resources and AI. The role focuses on automation, optimization, and analytical insights to enhance sales productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and management of sales technologies, including CRM systems and AI tools.
• Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decisions, measure performance, and identify improvement areas.
• Lead and manage the sales operations team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Design, document, and enforce standardized sales processes.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs for sales initiatives.
• Manage the sales operations budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Create and deliver training programs for the sales team.
• Provide sales enablement tools and resources.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, and customer service.
