Partner Associate

About the role

Fever is looking for a Partner Associate to strengthen relationships with our event and content partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners achieve their objectives while aligning with Fever’s technology and data-driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Define and monitor partner KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement growth strategies.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues, develop customized solutions, and ensure high partner satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management and strong communication abilities.
• Analytical, solutions‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to exceed expectations.
• Collaborative team player ready to take ownership and support colleagues.
