Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

Fever is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join its Marketing Strategy team. You will help design and execute data‑driven campaigns that attract new users and boost sales for both partner experiences and Fever Original events worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the full marketing strategy for assigned experiences.
• Develop scalable marketing plans for exclusive events across multiple markets.
• Launch, monitor and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Meta and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to analyse results, identify opportunities and continuously improve performance.
• Use advanced data insights to guide strategic decisions and refine marketing models.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content teams to provide strategic direction.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset with a strong analytical orientation.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms.
• Experience with TikTok advertising.
• Familiarity with Google advertising channels.
