Senior Marketing Program Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Program Coordinator will support multiple Brand & Marketing Communications (BMC) programs across EY Global Delivery Services. Working on digital platforms, internal communications and events, the role ensures seamless delivery of campaigns and high‑impact stakeholder experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and post promotional content for social media, website, intranet and other digital channels, securing necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with BMC, service line, regional and sector teams to align content dissemination and track campaign performance.
• Support event lifecycle activities including preparation, participant management, vendor onboarding, logistics, on‑site execution and post‑event analysis.
• Maintain reporting dashboards for digital campaign metrics, event ROI and stakeholder updates.
• Identify process improvements, drive automation and ensure operational excellence across marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in marketing, communications or event management, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented and multitasking abilities with a proactive customer‑service mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience engaging global audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with data‑analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in social‑media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with web content‑management systems and SharePoint.
