Data Entry Operator

About the role

EDETEK is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Operator to support clinical data processing activities. The role focuses on accurate data entry, review, and maintenance while ensuring high quality and timely completion of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and promptly into company systems and databases.
• Review source documents for completeness and flag any discrepancies.
• Verify entered data for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
• Maintain data integrity by following established SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Quality Control reviewers to address data issues.
• Track assigned work and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Escalate data quality concerns or process issues to supervisors when needed.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
