Customer Transformation Specialist

About the role

Koronet is looking for a Customer Transformation Specialist to help clients unlock the full value of our platform. You will act as the bridge between customer operations and product development, ensuring that real‑world feedback drives meaningful improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customers' buying, selling, inventory and operational processes to identify friction points.
• Guide customers toward higher value through practical behaviour changes and adoption strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions that uncover deep constraints and trade‑offs, not just surface issues.
• Provide honest guidance on what Koronet can deliver, where work‑arounds are needed, and what is not yet possible.
• Turn objections into actionable feedback and use them to refine future conversations.
• Drive adoption by testing solutions, following up, and presenting clear evidence of progress.
• Share field insights with Product, Support, Marketing and Sales to influence roadmap and messaging.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B operational transformation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Comfortable leading difficult conversations and listening actively.
• Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Background in the floriculture industry is a strong plus.
