Customer Success Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive Customer Success Coordinator to join our fully remote consulting team. Working 30 hours per week, you will help maximise client value, ensure long‑term retention, and act as a liaison with our key partner, Airtable.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Airtable Partner Portal in coordination with product managers.
• Support onboarding and sales‑operations administrative tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of client reports, proposals and partner deliverables.
• Proactively nurture client relationships through regular follow‑ups, pulse checks and strategic check‑ins.
• Prepare and present quarterly client reviews, gathering feedback and documenting action items.
• Monitor client health, identify risks and opportunities, and relay insights to internal teams.
• Design, distribute and analyse Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys.
• Build and sustain relationships with Airtable account managers and sales representatives.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, health metrics and partnership outreach.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Operations and Marketing to advocate for client needs.
