About the role
EF Language Abroad is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Analyst to join its Buenos Aires team. You will guide prospective and current students through every step of their language‑learning journey, from payment processing to pre‑departure preparation, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and verify customer payments, addressing any payment‑related issues.
- Provide detailed pre‑departure information, including visa, medical, and insurance requirements.
- Assist customers with visa applications and required documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, and airport transfers.
- Maintain regular communication with partner schools abroad.
- Act as the primary contact during emergencies, coordinating crisis response and providing timely updates.
- Proactively follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Administration, Tourism or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
