Country Site Activation Intern

About the role

This internship supports site activation activities for clinical studies in Argentina. Working under general supervision, you will collaborate with local teams and various departments to ensure regulatory and operational readiness of investigative sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site activation tasks for assigned studies, following regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Review study documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy under senior guidance.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory documents, shipments, and recollection of materials to and from investigator sites and regulatory bodies.
• Distribute finalized documents to internal project team members.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate information.
• Track and follow up on the approval and execution of regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form, and Investigator Pack documents.
• Support the External Commerce Team with distribution, recollection, and tracking of imported and exported materials.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in life sciences (mandatory).
• Good command of English.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
