Contract Lawyer – Commercial Contracts Attorney (Project-Based)

About the role

This position offers experienced commercial contract lawyers the chance to work on a project‑based basis with leading technology companies. The role is fully independent, allowing you to select assignments through an online portal and deliver high‑quality legal work on a fixed‑fee basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and redline a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, NDAs and data processing agreements.
• Provide legal risk assessments and advise clients on contract terms and compliance, particularly regarding GDPR and data protection.
• Select projects from the client portal, meet 24‑hour turnaround expectations, and manage deliverables autonomously.
• Conduct general contract reviews and ensure alignment with technology sector standards.

Required profile

• Active license and good standing with the Bar Association in Argentina.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Background in a top‑tier law firm or as in‑house counsel for a technology company.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple project‑based assignments.
