Consultant – Infor WMS Implementation

About the role

The Consultant will guide clients through the Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation lifecycle, leveraging industry knowledge to design optimal solutions. Working remotely, you will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Infor WMS software following best practices and project milestones.
• Configure, develop, maintain, and support WMS systems, including core add‑on products.
• Identify process gaps, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and status updates to clients throughout the project.
• Assist the sales team with RFP responses and develop demonstration materials.
• Travel to client sites as required for on‑site configuration and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing WMS and/or ERP solutions for international customers.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong background in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience interacting with senior‑level clients, presenting complex concepts, and negotiating solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
