Construction Site Manager

About the role

Osprey Developers is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee luxury residential and commercial projects across the Bahamas. You will be responsible for directing daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while leading large crews.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site construction from start to finish, supervising subcontractors and crews of 20–100+ workers.
• Coordinate structural concrete, masonry, and MEP installations.
• Ensure work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
• Monitor schedules, manage material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with project leadership.
• Support resource management and cost control.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction sites.
• Background in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven ability to lead large field crews and manage subcontractors.
• Experience with ground‑up residential or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
