Healthcare Architecture Job Captain

About the role

Ensemble is seeking an experienced Healthcare Architect to lead BIM-driven design for complex hospital and medical facility projects. The role is based in Argentina and works within a hybrid model, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows for healthcare projects.
• Coordinate and manage architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce high‑quality architectural documentation from concept through construction documents.
• Support BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and perform quality‑control reviews.
• Participate in coordination meetings, clash detection, and resolution processes.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, technical documentation, and other deliverables.
• Assist Project Managers and team leaders in meeting project goals, schedules, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience on healthcare projects such as hospitals, clinics, or ambulatory care facilities.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of BIM methodology and U.S. building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid passport or work visa for international travel is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
