Communications & Engagement Associate

About the role

The Communications & Engagement Associate will join EY Global Delivery Services within the Brand, Marketing and Communications team. You will support internal communications programs, create compelling content, and help manage key internal channels such as Outlook shared mailboxes, intranet sites and SharePoint.

Key responsibilities

• Support communications and engagement programs for multiple EY audiences, identifying diverse needs.
• Collaborate with team leaders to roll out internal communications and engagement initiatives.
• Execute communication strategies, develop consistent plans, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Manage metrics and impact reporting for communications campaigns.
• Assist in project management and coordination of team planning processes to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of communications experience, including at least 1 year in internal communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations or a related field.
• Understanding of EY brand standards and ability to adhere to branding guidelines.
• Innovative thinking with a focus on knowledge sharing and stakeholder collaboration.
