About the role

The Campaign Designer will play a key part in creating and managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns for Chevron's downstream services. This technical, hands‑on position focuses on personalization and customer journey optimization using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities

Define, build and maintain multi‑channel customer journeys.
Perform QA and sign‑off on content, journey functionality, and overall experience.
Own and steward personalization capabilities across campaigns.
Build, test and maintain key content templates.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
Advanced English proficiency.
4+ years of marketing automation experience.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Email, Mobile and Interaction Studio.
In‑depth knowledge of APEX and REST/SOAP APIs.
Understanding of best practices such as contact strategies, targeting, segmentation, A/B testing and analytics.
