Business Development Representative – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Highline is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand its network of advertisers, affiliates, publishers, and strategic partners across the U.S. performance‑marketing ecosystem. This fully remote position allows you to work from Argentina while engaging with high‑intent verticals such as ACA, Medicare, Final Expense, and Auto.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage advertisers, affiliates, publishers, and media‑buying teams via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other outbound channels.
• Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with key industry players.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to help scale Highline.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, PPC, digital advertising, or insurance marketing is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
