B2B Inside Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Inside Sales Representative to join DSCR Pro remotely. The role focuses on generating qualified appointments with real estate professionals across the United States, supporting investors in securing financing for rental properties and other projects.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound calls daily to Realtors, mortgage professionals, referral partners, and prospective borrowers.
• Identify financing opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for Loan Advisors.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline metrics.
• Provide expert mentorship to real estate investors by explaining DSCR loan products.
• Collaborate with senior mortgage professionals for coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in telesales, outbound or inside sales.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Competitive, coachable, resilient, and comfortable speaking with prospects daily.

Required skills

• Cold calling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
