Audiovisual Producer (Post‑Production Generalist)

About the role

High Scale is looking for an Audiovisual Producer who can own the full post‑production workflow, turning raw footage and UGC into broadcast‑ready ads for social and TV. You will blend storytelling, rhythm, and sound to create cohesive, high‑impact video experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end post‑production, from ingest to final export, including editing, sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Transform studio footage and user‑generated content into dynamic ads for TikTok, Reels, and Connected TV.
• Design and mix audio using SFX, foley, and music to drive pacing and emotion.
• Create polished motion graphics (kinetic text, logo builds) and perform creative color grading.
• Collaborate with the creative team to propose visual solutions, cuts, transitions, and effects.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of generalist post‑production experience in an agency, production house, or freelance setting.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats: editor, sound designer, colorist, and motion designer.
• Strong sense of rhythm and visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Audition
• DaVinci Resolve / Lumetri color tools
• Knowledge of video codecs, bitrates, and export settings for multiple platforms
