About the role
The Associate Project Manager will support clinical trial delivery by managing vendor relationships and ensuring study milestones are met on time, within budget and to quality standards. This role works closely with the core project team and external partners to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for vendors, leading vendor management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain integrated study management plans in collaboration with the core team.
- Monitor progress against contract, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support financial performance by forecasting, identifying acceleration opportunities and managing change control.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- 4‑5 years of clinical research experience, primarily in project management within a CRO or pharma environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
