Assessment Scientist – Psychology Masters

About the role

The Assessment Scientist will provide scientific oversight for electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) implementation, scale licensing, translation, and rater training to ensure high‑quality, reliable endpoint data in clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead scientific oversight of eCOA implementation, including endpoint scale translation and UAT.
• Develop and review eCOA specifications and partner with vendors on system design.
• Own UAT strategy, author test scripts, execute testing and resolve issues.
• Manage global scale licensing, version control, and translation quality.
• Design and deliver rater training programs, set qualification standards, and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (MA/MS) in psychology, behavioral sciences or related field.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and neuropsychiatric assessments and patient‑reported outcome measures.
• Experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
