About the role

Aura X Studio is looking for a bilingual Sales Assistant to join its remote team. The role supports creators by handling chat interactions, keeping followers engaged and helping monetize content. The position is full‑time and open to residents of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time chat support for model accounts and their followers.
• Assist creators in driving sales and monetization through conversational engagement.
• Maintain 24/7 interaction using data‑backed strategies to boost revenue.
• Document conversations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Ensure high‑quality, accurate texting and prompt responses.

Required profile

• Novice experience in sales or chat support.
• Conversational English (B2 level) and fully fluent Spanish.
• Reliable laptop with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).
• Strong typing and texting ability.
• Resident of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras or Argentina.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote communication tools.
