About the role

Aura X Studio is looking for a bilingual Sales Assistant to join its remote team. You will support creators by managing their model accounts, engaging followers, and helping monetize content through chat and sales interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time chat support to creators and their audiences.
• Engage followers, build authentic connections, and drive revenue using data‑backed strategies.
• Handle basic sales inquiries and assist with upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Novice experience in sales or chat support.
• Conversational English (B2) and fully fluent Spanish.
• Reliable laptop with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).
• Strong texting and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• English (B2 level) and native‑level Spanish.
• Proficiency with basic computer hardware (laptop, RAM).
• Ability to use high‑speed internet for continuous online work.
