About the role

Aura X Studio is looking for a bilingual Sales Assistant to support creators in building exclusive communities and monetising their content. This full‑time, remote position will empower creators by handling sales‑related chat support and ensuring followers stay engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time chat support to creators’ audiences in both English and Spanish.
• Assist creators with sales inquiries, upselling services and products.
• Maintain active communication to keep followers engaged and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with the internal team to implement data‑backed engagement strategies.
• Report daily performance metrics and feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Novice or entry‑level experience in sales or chat support.
• Conversational English (minimum B2) and fully fluent Spanish.
• Reliable laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).
• Strong texting ability and comfort working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Effective written communication in English and Spanish.
• Basic proficiency with online chat and messaging platforms.
